The park does not allow commercial sub-letting of lodges, however, family and friends are welcome to stay. Services include LPG bottled gas, electric individual meters, which are read annually, water which is metered supply.

Pets are allowed - only 1 dog per home, which must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.

We have been informed by the seller the lease left on this lodge is 19 years, the current owners bough the property with a 30 year lease and the lease can be extended to a 50 year lease at a cost of 20,000
