    We had a difficult client for you to work with especially with her residence being in the Middle East. Despite this major obstacle you were courteous resilient and totally professional. At the end of the day your personalities saw us over a few bumps in the road and delivered us a happy client.

    The staff at King and Chasemore were excellent throughout. The sales process was not straightforwards but they helped us through and we felt that they were invested in us, not just selling our house. We would recommend them to any potential sellers.

    Perfect result due to team effort.

    We found the staff at Felpham office extremely helpful and kept in touch constantly especially as we had a few setbacks due to being in a chain of seven.<br/>Would. Retained recommend this office.

    Don't be push and tell the truth because people are not stupid.

    At the beginning of the marketing stage, misinformation was given to a perspective viewer - which the estate agent should have known seeing she sold us the house in the first place 7 years ago. Branch manager can be extremely rude. Gave me the feeling they were more supportive and accommodating...

    Lovely people who worked hard to sell, and then ultimately rent our property. The only criticism we have is the lack of communication at times. However this is a small area for improvement.
