    Could do better.

    I only receive my rent by the l0th of each month. This to me, is unacceptable. There is no reason why the funds cannot be transferred within a day of receipt from tenant, or even on the same day by fast transfer. It is free and available but King and Chasemore do not use this...

    Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We do remit payment to Landlords upon receipt of monies on the same day the monies are received from the tenant. There is a possibility if the tenant agrees, to change the rent due date if the monies are required for a specific date. If you also wish...

    Excellent service friendly staff always helpful

    Excellent service I thought they went above and beyond what was required. We don't live near the property as we moved away and rented it out then it became empty so it was difficult for us to organise things required from the survey. Sammy who dealt with us did all that so we only had to phone up...

    I have always had excellent service with King and Chasemore, however ever since Angela went on maternity leave I have received calls from a lot of different offices, who just leave messages and then I never hear from anyone again. I want service from my local office!
