    My service feedback with Sales

    Poor service, no information once deal agreed, I requested one particular service which I was confirmed would be carried out on completion and it wasn't and no contact has been made since.

    Too many eggs in too many baskets.

    Too many offices, people deal with our total management. Since Tingleys were taken over the service has deteriorated. Our recent refurbishment took a year! We are still waiting for a bill we queried to be explained...... There is little continuity.

    Helpful they kept me informed.

    John at the North Bersted branch was very helpful as he was dealing the buyers property as well. He spent a lot of time on the case for which I was very grateful.
