    Very Helpful.

    We would certainly recommend them although our property took a long longer than we thought to go through all the staff especially Perry and Jennifer were brilliant keeping us informed and trying to hurry the solicitors along. They also looked after our property as we were so far away.

    Very professional, courteous and helpful

    It was a long process with a couple of failed sales but they got the house back on the market immediately and also ensured people were looking straight away. Always kept me informed throughout and dealt with any worries in the proper fashion.

    Good after a slow start

    They did well in the last couple of months, in moving the sale on, as there had been an initial few months when the buyer changed from being a 'cash' to a 'mortgage' buyer, which results in several months delay.

    My service feedback with Lettings

    One person went sick from the property maintenance team and unfortunately the whole service failed. Hundreds of emails and phone calls with obviously no communication between themselves. I think instead of sending out an automated email saying the tenants have not paid their rent you should be telling me why not leaving me to contact the branch and this being the first they have heard of it. Too big a company not thinking about their customers

    They sold the house very quickly and took great photos. There was no interaction at all during the solicitor period - I don't know what is usual.

Although after the acceptance of an offer your legal representatives would normally take over and manage the sale, the Estate Agent is still expected to progress the sale with regular updates and by liaising between the parties.
